Her experience comes from many years of Telecommunications experience in Engineering, Installation, Maintenance and Account Management. Heather holds a Process Management Professional (PMP) rating from the Process Management Institute. She has also written and managed many Project plans for large multi-national organizations.
Keith Collier, MBCI, CBCP
Vice President of Operations, with 25+ years of experience in Process Control, Process Documentation and Business Continuity. He also has over 29 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry. He holds a CBCP rating from the Disaster Recovery Institute International. He also has worked in established corporations and RBOC spin-offs as well as start-up companies. He has written many BCP and Disaster Recovery plans for both large and small organizations. He maintains a national security clearance in support of governmental agencies. Keith holds a BS degree in Business Management from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
